Stronghold 3

Stronghold 3

Genre: Strategy, Real-Time, Historic

This is a combination of a building simulation (like “Sim City”) and a real-time strategy. Build and conquer castles, populate lands with your peasants and defend your country from invaders. The game has two principal modes, simulation and invasion. In simulation, you just build castles and villages, without troubling yourself with wars. In invasion mode, you have to use tactical combat to defeat your enemies. Your opponents are Duc de Puce, Duc de Beauregard, Duc Truffe and Duc Volpe, also called “the rat”, “the snake”, “the pig” and “the wolf”, respectively. They all have different personalities and styles of combat – of all of them the wolf is the most difficult to defeat.

-A unique combination of strategy / urban simulation;
-Historically accurate detail, according to the spirit of the medieval architecture of the game;
-50 Different types of buildings;
-More than 30 types of walls, towers and siege devices;
-A huge number of civilians, ranging from judges and ministers and
ending with jesters and urban alcoholics;
